Are you allowed to pass an army vehicle on the highway?

I’m a Canadian that frequently travels on a highway that is used by a local American Army Base. A couple of times now, I’ve been caught behind a slow moving (approx. 50mph) convoy of army vehicles. Am I allowed to pass them?

Yeah…sure….. once on the open highway or any road an army vehicle (considering you are talking about a U.S. military vehicle) is subject to the same rules and proceedures as that of any vehicle on the road. Convoy’s travel slow for many reasons but the main is that the vehicle was never designed to do 65 mph smoothly on the open road

Has anyone heard if Toyota dealers will be offering any deals on new and Pre-owned Vehicles?

With what is going on with Toyota and the recall, many dealers are not getting any traffic through their lots in terms of purchasing vehicles. I am currently looking for a new/pre-owned vehicle and I would honestly like to capitalize on this current issue. Are local dealers near you offering deals on new and pre-owned? I am in southern Illinois and would hate to go out and purchase a vehicle and find out that I could have saved money buying from a toyota dealer.

No…. business as usual.

Trust me, there will not be a fire sale at Toyota.

how much is the cost of New 2009 MRAP and 2009 HUMVEES (US Military Vehicles)?

I am working with United States Marines Corps. And we are issued these new trucks that are awesome. I just wanted to know how much do you think will be the cost of the latest trucks that are produced by Oshkosh?

HA, I used to drive the Buffalo MRAP in Afghanistan in 06. There are several models now. The new armored HUMVEES are about $190k and the MRAPs go from $600,000-$1,000,000. They’re expensive and heavy as hell (the buffalo was like 38 tons!), but they save lives. Stay safe man.

What are the best 10 years and old luxury vehicles (sedan/suv/sports/etc) that can be had under 20,000 USD?

I’m looking to import a used luxury car and taxes on them are the smallest at 10 years and older. But I’ve no knowledge of good luxury cars during that time. (I was 13 then lol) Suggestion anyone?

Thinking about purchasing sometime soon, wanna know if there are any new features,weapons, Mostly VEHCILES

U get to drive boats, swim, drive motorcycles, and capture weapons using helicopter support. Its freaking awesome. U also get pistols, a grenade launcher, and you get to keep this one guys mansion, and have it as your own base.

Is it true George W. Bush eliminated a law requiring US auto manufactures to produce many hybrid vehicles?

If so how his this decision effected the big 3?

The President can neither make laws or terminate them. Laws are made by Congress and they can also pass a bill to undo a bad law. The Supreme Court can declare a law to be unconstitutional and thus void it. But, the President can only veto a bill to keep it from becoming law. However, his veto can be overridden by a 2/3 majority.
