I think that, because it is less than 4 years old, it is exempt until next year.... correct? In states like Arizona, that is correct. Others states have different requirements. Just do a quick google search for your state's motor vehicle division.

Rather than decommissioning your vast array of Military might, why not just donate the surplus to Australia?
