I think that, because it is less than 4 years old, it is exempt until next year.... correct?
In states like Arizona, that is correct. Others states have different requirements. Just do a quick google search for your state's motor vehicle division.

Wouldn't it be better than seeing your surplus Warplanes, ships like the USS Kittyhawk and Armoured Vehicles etc... going to waste. We could be a much stronger Allie with more hardware ! We are buying a couple of hundred new jet fighters of the US , but still waiting on ...

how is this carried in an aircraft carrier?
how do they re supply the fuel needed?
how did this compare to before?
also, how many military vehicles and which kinds are kept inside aircraft carriers? (have heard estimation of 80 warplanes are kept on top, though dont know which kinds)
