2005 saturn vue airbag readiness light on, is it common or should i bring the car in for a check up?

The light on a 2005 Saturn doe not go off after the car is running( airbag readiness ) should I be alarmed by this?? I have read numerous sites the states GMC has had a lot of problems with this in other vehicles..can you help?

It varies a lot from state to state, even city to city. The two vehicles will be similar in price. It would be impossible to guess since we don’t know where you are. Just look in the yellow pages for a broker who deals with state farm, or something like that, to get started. Of course, show around with Geico and Progressive to get the best deal.

I’m more of a Ford guy, but with the F-250’s of that era, I would go with the Chevy. They tend to be more durable. Most of all, avoid the Ford diesel, if the one you’re looking at has one.

Not accelerate good, really slow down when I let off the gas peddle and get really loud? It sounds like it is in manual gears and needs to be shifted up. The dealership didn’t hear the noise when we drove it around during a service appointment. Do I take it back to them to check out again? I have 8 months left on the lease!
It does at times feel like a break is on and pulling the car to stop, but the Ebrake is not. Weird huh?

The car is under warranty up to 36K miles and should be fixed under warranty. If you turn it in broken then you will pay. Go to a different dealership and get it documented. You need to read the book "Identifying a Lemon" I read it and got it free from lemonprotection.com. Good Luck and GOD Bless

the best bang you,ll actually get for the amount of money you can spend is on a programmer,they give the most performance for the least amount of money,other than improving the exhaust on it a programmer would be the first thing i would add to it,good luck

I have added refrigerant many times to my other chrysler vehicles but I can’t seem to spot the vacuum connection on this mini van.

The low side of the system is between the evaporator and the compressor. Follow the line from the compressor to the fire wall, the fitting is in this line. The compressor pumps the freon to the condenser which is in front of the radiator and that is the high side. The high side changes over to the low side at the expansion valve just before the evaporator.

I have a 2005 Toyota Echo, with no problems. It is well maintained with no body damage. The only downside is it has fairly high mileage due to two lengthy road trips. 123k and some change. Up until now i have had my vehicle serviced and the dealer resets the dash light. Thet want $169 to check fluids, inspect brakes, change oil, and rotate tires. I all ready know I need new tires and brake pads, I just got the oil changed, I just want to know how to make the light go away. 2005 honda accord 4 door 2.4 L 5 speed.

Turn the key off, hold down the trip odometer button and turn the key to the on position. Hold the trip odometer button down until the maintenance required light starts to flash or comes on then turns off

till morning when i can get some dexcool the required antifreeze for these cars, the temp is suppose to be dropping into the 20’s? i have some antifreeze but it is prestone and i do not want to add it being the manuals say add only dexcool or it could mess up the car.
