What is the MOS that operates Unmanned ground vehicles/air in US military?

Im looking for the jobs in the Army and Marines.
Marine Corps: MOS 7314 inflight operator; MOS 7316 operator for takeoff/landings.
Army: MOS 96U (several subseries e.g. MOS 96U1); MOS 15W (Shadow). Another is MOS 35K.
Both Marine Corps and Army train at Ft Huachuca, AZ.
Air Force is: 1U0X1
Lieutenant Colonel, US Marine Corps-Retired

The Army MOS is 15W. They recently changed it from 96U.
