NFS Undercover: Getting Chase Linh with the police SUV

Here’s a video showing the police SUV being used in the final “Showdown” mission where you disable Chase Linh’s BMW.

Unlike the regular vehicles in NFS Undercover, the police vehicles are not invincible and after taking enough damage it’s like the engine stops working and you can’t get the police vehicle to move anymore. Due to this, it took 15 tries to get this video right because I kept disabling the police SUV due to crashing into too many things.

The police SUV in this video has been painted red and the rims have been changed.

The performance of the police SUV in this video is equivalent to a “tier 1″ vehicle in NFS Undercover.

There are two types of the police vehicles in NFS Undercover, one being the type that is found in single player mode and is vulnerable to damage. The second type is the ones you’ll drive in the multiplayer cops and robbers mode, they are not vulnerable to damage but their performance isn’t as high as their single player versions.

Drunk Guy Lights His SUV On Fire And Tries To Drive

My roommate Jill Hanner (XGobobeanX) http://jillhanner.com/ and I were enjoying a peaceful night at home when suddenly a drunk guy drives a vehicle into some gated private property behind my apartment and begins ramming it into piles of wood and metal. We immediately called 911 and informed them what was taking place.

The car quickly catches on fire. The drunk guy pounds the car with pieces of metal. He climbs back into the car honks the horn and it blows out in a firey puff. The drunk guy begins pushing his fire engulfed car backwards while yelling and swearing. A second guy grabs him from the inferno minutes before an explosion takes place. The FDNY begin dousing the flames and a second explosion is heard. The NYPD arrive and the drunk guy starts running from the scene. The police quickly stop him, handcuff him and throw him in their van.

Some have asked why we didn’t “run down and save him” ourselves.

Main reasons…

1. There is a barbed wire fence between us and the private property the drunk guy broke into. It would not be possible to interfere.

2. It’s dangerous!!! if the drunk guy is strong enough to push a flaming car he could easily overpower us. He could also have a weapon or be on a death wish. There is no way to gauge his mental state at this point.

3. There is SECOND PERSON out there with him and we couldn’t determine if he was friend or foe.

A big thanx goes out to all of NYC emergency teams for their quick response time on this! Thank you the NYPD, FDNY and Emergency Medical Teams!
