don’t knock the …
don’t knock the WMIK too much, I have used them in the past and some jobs we need to be able to see what is goin on around us and be highly mobile, the problem comes when Gordon Brown starves the chaps of cash and these vehicles get used for the wrong purpose due to shortages then the injuries and deaths happen. a jackal is just as bad as a WMIK it it catches an IED driving on a road in convoy, still shame Bob ‘bollocks’ Ainsworth and Gordon Brown do not travel that way when visiting!

Yeah I thought …
Yeah I thought Jackals were the way forward tbh, but they cost too much.
Most of the APCs (actually some AFVs too) in this are just upgrades of old ones.

Thought the WMIKS …
Thought the WMIKS were being replace by Jackals. Those open top vheicles cant protect troops from flying debris such as shrapnel, stones, bullets. Interesting to see the APC’s, dosent look like something the British would use.

the mastiff and …
the mastiff and ridgeback are up armoured and improved from the american cougar, theyve been coming over on ships last year or so, springer husky are the newest bits still being trailed, then everything else is just been improved. viking is cool but vunarable, the cvrt is a recce work hse and awersome. sv fleet are complete and a waste of money especaily the epls, theres nothing wrong with daf/foden drops. mod are waste money on vehicles that are over complicated and vunrable and unreliable

Well good, bout …
Well good, bout time they started shipping out some up armored vehicles to protect the lads out there.
Intresting to see them sending out some more APC like vehicles like the SCRIMTER, i was thinking only this morning that you don’t often hear of any vehicles with such high calibers being used over in Afghanistan much. Maybe thats just my ignorance.
